The Valley of Games

Saalbach-Hinterglemm – also referred to as „The Valley of Games“ – lies amidst the Kitzbüheler Alps where lots of marked hiking trails are waiting for you with its wonderful panorama views.

Young people looking for adventure will be happy with the numerous downhill biking trails as well as with the spectacular high ropes park.

By the way: in summer you can use all operated cableways for free as Landhaus Zehentner is member of the Joker Card program.

Kids will especially love the interactive Montelino experience trail and the Käptn`n Hook outdoor-swimmingpool.

One more info for the bikers out there: you are welcome to store your bikes in our lockable garage. If necessary we can also launder your dirty biker wear.

The "Landhaus"

Our „Landhaus“ is located between the villages of Saalbach and Hinterglemm,  in sunny, calm position. The centres of both villages (15-20 minutes walking distance) offer plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cableway stations.

Only 100m from the “Landhaus” you find bus stop no 13. The next large super market is only 800m away (bus stop no 12).

Our 2 non smoker apartments offer more than 55 m2  living space and a sunny balcony to the south. The kitchen is a separate room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished in comfortable country-house style with a dining corner and flat screen cable TV.

The Skicircus

In the Skicircus of Saalbach-Hinterglemm more than 200km of wonderful slopes with all levels of difficulty are waiting for you as well as 55 modern ski lifts and cableways. A whole bunch of comfortable ski huts invite you to a relaxing time out.

Carving slopes, funparks, floodlight slopes, several toboggan runs and a snowmobil track will make your stay even more exciting.

Staying at our “Landhaus” it is easy to enter the Skicircus: you can either take a ride with the skibus (coming all 20 minutes) that takes you to the largest cableway stations with in a couple of minutes, or you walk 8 minutes to the “Mitteregglift”.

At the end of a ski day you can take slopes no 50 and 37 back to the “Mitteregglift” or even ski down directly to the “Landhaus” (coming from Reiterkogel, slopes no 38 and 34a). Of course you also can take the skibus back to the “Landhaus”.
