The first ski lift — and with it your access to the Skicircus — is just a 7-minute walk away.
If you would like to start your ski day directly at one of the modern cable cars in Saalbach or Hinterglemm, simply take the free public ski bus.
The bus stop is only 100 metres from the Landhaus, and buses run every 20 minutes.

Start your hikes or bike adventures right outside the front door, or after a short cable car ride at the summit of one of our local mountains.
In the centre of Hinterglemm (1 km away), a large children’s playground and a modern mini golf course offer plenty of fun for younger guests.
On hot summer days, the “Käpt’n Hook” outdoor adventure pool in Saalbach is the perfect place to cool off.
Shopping
A large supermarket with everything you need for daily essentials is just a 10-minute walk away.
Additional supermarkets, pharmacies, sports shops and boutiques can be found in the centres of Saalbach (2 km) and Hinterglemm (1 km).
You will also find a wide selection of restaurants and bars in both village centres.

Sure!
How are the kitchens equipped?
Compact but well equipped with: fridge, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.
Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes (2 towels per week an person)
I there parking by your house?
Yes, directly by the house.
Can we store our bicycles securely overnight?
Yes, this is possible in one of our garages. However, we cannot accept liability.
How far away is the nearest bus / ski bus stop?
100 metres.
Is smoking allowed at Landhaus Zehentner?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony, provided the neighbouring apartment’s windows are closed.
Where can I go swimming?
Käpt'n Hook
The Käpt’n Hook adventure pool offers 1,000 m² of water area with a water slide, white-water channel, massage jets and water fountains.
Zeller See
Thumersbach lido on the eastern shore of Lake Zeller See is the top spot for sun lovers — this is where you can enjoy the sunshine the longest!
Ritzensee
The natural swimming area in Saalfelden, idyllically located in the heart of the Ritzensee recreation area, offers a welcome alternative to a traditional outdoor pool with its peat-rich water.

Is there a shuttle bus to the ski lifts?
In winter, a free ski bus runs to Saalbach and Hinterglemm approximately every 20 minutes. The bus stop is only 100 metres from the Landhaus.
What is the mobility fee for?
From arrival to departure, the use of all public transport within the province of Salzburg is free of charge for you.
